It's safe to say that I've achieved a lot in my short life on this earth.
I've built a business that's made close to 1/2 a million dollars in less than 4 years...
I've impacted thousands of humans through my work in the health, business and overall coaching field...
I've been one of strongest (if not THE strongest) woman in many gyms...
I can literally keep going forever, but I'm not here to brag (today at least)...
I'm here to share with you how I stay motivated for everything that I accomplish.
Whether it's health or business, it's the fucking same.
1. I stay in my own damn lane
I mean, honestly, wtf else would I do?!
When I notice myself getting side tracked with negative thoughts, comparisonitis, feelings of not-being-good-enough, I recognize them. And stop them. And shift them.
Sometimes I dive deeper and sometimes there's something important there...
But most of the time??? It's just my brain going back into old patterns.
Experts say that over 95% of our thoughts are the same as yesterday.
So that means, we simply just re-live the same thoughts over and over and over again...
Which means our actions are usually the same...
Our feelings become the same...
And then ultimately our physical reality stays the same...
So if you're getting sidetracked with nonsense that's not pushing you forward, but rather, it's making you feel stuck... or like you've somehow fucked everything up... it's time to choose a different thought pattern/action/belief etc.
Stay in your own damn lane!
With everything!!
Choose one plan of action and stick with it.
Choose one coach and stick with them.
Choose one workout plan and stick with it.
Choose one business idea and stick with it.
UNLESS you have an insanely good reason to shift...
But if you're just shifting because you 'think it'll be better over there' or 'that's what she's doing on the internet' or 'I saw a Tiktok of someone doing it and it looked better than my life'... just don't. Okay?
With ANY decision, it's important to make sure that it FITS YOU. That it's in ALIGNMENT with you. That it's a FUCK YES for you.
Because there's a billion ways to get to the end goal that you desire. But there's only ONE that's meant for you.
And no one can find that except for you!
2. Stop worrying about the end goal
Let's break this down.
When you start out on a journey, you get SO excited.
Maybe you hire a coach. Join a program. Join a new gym... whatever it may be. And you get SO FUCKING EXCITED.
You're convince that this is itttt!!! THIS is going to be the time where I succeed!!!
So you put in some effort...
Maybe for a few days, weeks, or maybe even years.
And then you just continue thinking "I'm so fucking far from where I want to be"... and now you start looking for evidence to prove yourself right.
You start counting all of the dollars you've spent on this area of your life.
You start telling yourself "I should be further by now".
And You stop believing in yourself.
And then what do you do?!
You fucking give up.
You give up right before SHIT FUCKING TAKES OFF.
All because you were so focused on how far away you were from your goal.
So the key to staying motivated and actually succeeding???
FOCUS ON THE NOW, NOT HOW FAR YOU HAVE TO GO.
Which brings me to my last tip...
3. Stay committed to the process, not the end result
Before I go any further, I want to STRESS how important it is to get clear on what it is you exactly want.
DO NOT SKIP THAT STEP.
Get as clear as it feels good: for some of us that's envisioning every last detail. And for others it's more of an overall vibe that we want to achieve and the occasional detail.
There's a whole school of thought around this when it comes to human design, and you can definitely research your unique human design. But I also know that when you listen to yourself, what feels good, what doesn't, etc... and make decisions from there... you'll also be making the right decisions for yourself.
So trust yourself. Always.
And get clear on whatever it is that you want. However far away in the future you can envision or however far feels good to you.
AND THEN...
AND THEN...
EVERY SINGLE DAY, YOU JUST SHOW UP.
You show up for your plan.
You show up for the action steps.
You show up for the daily effort.
And then the effort becomes something that lights you TF up.
It becomes a no brainer.
It becomes your NEW WAY OF BEING.
And when the effort, action steps and commitment become your new way of being, you live in a different energy.
You live in the energy of what you're creating.
Of it ALL coming together.
Of it ALL adding up.
AND WHEN THOSE THOUGHTS OF "I'M TOO FUCKING FAR" OR "IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT'S WORKING" COME THROUGH... YOU CRY IT OUT.
YOU FEEL THE SHIT.
BUT YOU DON'T PUT YOUR FACE IN THE SHIT.
YOU DON'T MAKE IT MEAN ANYTHING ABOUT YOU... OR WHAT YOU'RE CAPABLE OF. OR HOW SUCCESSFUL YOU'VE BEEN.
AND YOU JUST KEEP FUCKING SHOWING UP.
EVERY DAMN DAY.
Because you're committed to the process.
It's really a fucking beautiful process.. and one that when you apply it to your every day life and all of your goals... makes life so much fucking easier.
And success inevitable.
So fucking cheers.

One where you have everything you've ever wanted.
Feel deeply at peace with yourself.
And absolutely LOVEEEE yourself, your life and your existence on this earth.
