The 7 Pillars of Thriving

I’m so excited to announce the expansion of my brand! 

 

I started my health coaching online business about 2 years ago. It morphed into business coaching - and now it has truly expanded into this place of thriving and overhauling your entire life!

 

So today I want to share with you my 7 Pillars of Thriving in every aspect of your life!

 

  1. Money  

 

Money is almost taboo to speak about. But it shouldn’t be that way!

Money is so important to our lives, happiness, well being and sense of thriving. It's something we all use everyday, we all constantly need and want more of - but we also constantly feel shame around.

But no matter where you are in life, you
don't have to keep settling for a job you hate because of a false idea of “safety” it creates in your mind.

Ask yourself:
What are you giving up in exchange for this false sense of safety? How could you create those things on your own?

 

  1. Taking Care of The Body

 

This is in terms of nutrition, being at a weight or size that feels good, and developing habits that are maintainable.

We don't have to settle for something that doesn't feel good for us. And you can love yourself
no matter what size or body type you are.

Ask yourself:
What type of excuses are you using around your ability to take care of your body in a way that feels really good

 

  1. Getting To a Place of Self-Belief, Love, Confidence, and Acceptance

 

When we become adults, we limit ourselves to the spectrum of the things we can do, have, and learn. But the truth is that you can shift anything whenever you want.

We get to accept compliments, receive and express love to ourselves, and live every single day in a
“Fuck yes! I love my body, self and life!” attitude.

Ask yourself:
How much do you love yourself? What do you truly believe you can have, and are you letting yourself have those things?

 

  1. Being Deeply Connected To the Self

 

This can be on a spiritual level - feeling connected to your soul.

This is understanding that
our experience as a human can be magical even if the world is burning around us. We are all connected in some kind of deeper way. It’s making decisions from a place of intuition.

Ask yourself: What can you do every day to be more connected to yourself?

 

  1. Living a Life of Passion

Somewhere along the line we started believing we couldn't make money off of our passions.

That’s NOT true!

You should be doing something that you feel passionate about, not something you're settling for.

Ask yourself: Are you living a life of passion that truly lights you up?

 

  1. Having Fun and Enjoying your Life 

 

You should be prioritizing the things that make you enjoy your life.

We get to live e
very single day having fun, regardless of what we are struggling with. I’m not saying you can’t feel sad or angry or afraid- but we CAN experience happiness and fun at the same time.

Ask yourself:  How can you make everything from cooking to cleaning to driving to working more fun? 

 

  1. Exploring your Sexuality and Feeling Yourself 

 

Especially as women, we were taught to silence this part of ourselves- to not express our sexuality, act sexy, or dress a certain way. This creates a false sense of perception of what a woman is and how she should act that has muted our sexuality and sense of what it is to be a woman.

It's 2021!
We don't need to silence that part of ourselves.

Ask yourself: What does it look like when you feel sexy? What are you wearing, what do you look like, how are you carrying yourself?
